Intramuscular stimulation is a technique used by our physiotherapist to release or lengthen muscles that may be causing pain.

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a specialized form of physiotherapy prescribed to treat and improve the symptoms caused by vestibular disorders. Treatment helps to reduce vertigo and dizziness, visual issues, and/or imbalance and falls.

Twice a week we offer pool therapy. The buoyancy helps patients move freely and is a great way to exercise with less stress on joints. This is beneficial for patients with lumbar pain, hip and knee replacements or other injuries. Call to join our classes.
